A few cryotherapy rules to maximize your benefits!
Must have appropriate clothing:
Please bring a pair of fresh, dry long socks. We will provide gloves and neoprene boots. Women may prefer to bring a towel to each session.
Must have on dry undergarments:
Men: Wear dry shorts/boxers
Women: You can go in naked. Please bring a towel to cover up prior to getting in to cryo chamber. If menstruating, please wear a tampon (no pads).
Must have dry skin:
Based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body, reflexology can help to relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness.
Must remove metal jewelry from neck down:
Necklaces, bracelets, piercings must be removed. Earrings are ok.
Must keep head above top of cryo chamber:
No dipping or submerging your head.
