Cassandra began her studies on holistic healing while finding herself on her own path to recovery.  She believes in the importance of honoring and nourishing one’s own mind, body, and spirit and fascinated with the body’s uniquely designed innate abilities to heal.  With a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others she obtained her Massage Therapy License in CT and is currently pursuing her masters in Reiki, certification in cupping, as well as in depth studies into the fascinating Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques of Erik Dalton, PhD.  She is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.  Striving to assist others in relieving their pain, reducing their stress, and helping to promote relaxation each session is uniquely designed to incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and/or energy work with various techniques.

Aaron is a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner who graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017. Since, he has gained experience working in a spa setting and with the athletics program at the University of Connecticut. Aaron uses modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, sports, orthopedic and Swedish Massage to help promote a better range of motion, recovery and relaxation.

Nicole is a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner with a passion for promoting wellness and holistic healing. She enjoys art, herbalism, and literature. She has a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology which comes through in her sessions. In addition to working with Glastonbury Massage Center she also works as a Orthopedic Massage Therapist with Hartford Health Care, works as an E.M.T. and is a mom. This experience allows her to pursue her dream of living to serve others. Kaitlin is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington CT. Kaitlin offers medium pressure and is skilled in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Bamboo Massage. Eliza is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in NYC, the oldest massage therapy school in the United States. She has been practicing for 25 years and is internationally known. Eliza was a lead therapist at the 1996 Summer Olympic games in Atlanta, GA, and has worked at prestigious events such as the NYC marathon, US Open, and other international events. She has been featured in numerous publications and in the 1998 Forbes Magazine named her the "Million Dollar Therapist".

Eliza has spent the past 12 years of her career working in medical massage providing support to doctors and medical staff to enhance the recovery and rehabilitation of patients.

Madelyn offers a high level of holistic massage therapy. She takes great pride in providing a massage experience like no other. Licensed by the state of Connecticut since 2008 she is capable of giving you exactly what you need and will work with you to ensure that your encounter is one that you won't soon forget.  Jemma has always been interested in anatomy and healing but decided to become a massage therapist because of the natural and holistic healing value of massage therapy.
