Immerse Hydrospa & Massage is seeking 4-5 Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our award-winning and very busy massage center! We offer a unique opportunity to not only provide private massage sessions but also work alongside doctors in our chiropractic office—helping clients experience the full benefits of massage therapy, hydrotherapy, and chiropractic care while growing your client base.

We are currently building Connecticut’s first hydrotherapy circuit, making Immerse the premier destination for wellness and recovery across New England. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge wellness center!

✅ CT Licensed Massage Therapist (or currently enrolled in massage school) – New grads welcome!
✅ Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage (other modalities a plus: Prenatal, Cupping, Sports, Hot Stone).
✅ Ability to adjust pressure and technique based on client needs.
✅ Strong customer service skills – must communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
✅ Comfortable working directly with patients in a chiropractic setting
✅ Genuine, positive energy with a passion for wellness and healing.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and calming workspace while adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.

✔ Highly Competitive Pay – Earn $30 – $65 per hour plus tips (based on experience and hours worked).

• Greet guests, answer calls, schedule appointments, and process payments
• Maintain client records and provide details on spa services and products
• Ensure a clean, inviting, and well-stocked front desk and spa environment
• Monitor and restock water bar and locker room supplies
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Director
• Prepare spa treatment areas according to protocols
• Deliver a 5-star guest experience with attention to detail
• Assist with spa opening and closing procedures
• Support a safe and professional work environment
• Handle additional tasks as needed

📅 7 Days a Week
🕗 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

💰 $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)
