Immerse HydroSpa & Massage is seeking 4–5 Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our award-winning and very busy massage center! We offer a unique opportunity to provide personalized massage sessions in a high-demand, luxury wellness environment—helping clients experience the full benefits of massage therapy and hydrotherapy while growing your client base.

We recently opened Connecticut’s first and only luxury HydroSpa, featuring a European-style hydrotherapy circuit that’s already redefining wellness and recovery across New England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, innovative team at the forefront of holistic health and spa therapy.

What We’re Looking For

  • CT Licensed Massage Therapist (or currently enrolled in massage school) – New grads welcome!
  • Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage (other modalities a plus: Prenatal, Cupping, Sports, Hot Stone).
  • Ability to adjust pressure and technique based on client needs.
  • Strong customer service skills – must communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Genuine, positive energy with a passion for wellness and healing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calming workspace while adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Night and weekend availability is preferred.

Front Desk/Spa Attendant

Key Responsibilities

-Greet guests, answer calls, schedule appointments, and process payments
-Maintain client records and provide details on spa services and products
-Ensure a clean, inviting, and well-stocked front desk and spa environment
-Monitor and restock water bar and locker room supplies
-Report maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Director
-Prepare spa treatment areas according to protocols
-Deliver a 5-star guest experience with attention to detail
-Assist with spa opening and closing procedures
-Support a safe and professional work environment
-Handle additional tasks as needed

Compensation
