Highly recommend. We had a wonderful experience at the hydro pools and with a massage. The spa and pools are extremely clean - they constantly clean throughout the experience. The employees were so friendly and helpful, and even brought in cold towels during the steam and sauna experience, and a juice shot at the end. Today was my first experience at Immerse Hydrospa and Massage. I received a gift certificate from my husband for Mother’s Day. Upon looking up the services offered I knew I wanted to try something a little different, but not so far out of my comfort zone that my anxiety would take away from the enjoyment. I chose to go with a 75 min Floor Thai Massage that I ended up extending to 90min once we started (luckily I was her last client of the day and this was possible). Janiva did not disappoint… she was wonderful!! She was very professional making me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire experience. It was very clear how passionate Janiva was about her work as well as ensuring the experience she provided was tailored to the individual person and well received. I would highly recommend trying Floor Thai Massage and will likely not go back to traditional deep tissue massages. I also highly recommend Janiva as a practitioner! Amazing experience. My maid of honor booked a private party rental for the hydrotherapy spa. It was perfect for our Bachelorette girls weekend with my family and friends. We had a group of 10, and the space was extremely accommodating for our party's size. Hot tub, sauna, steam room, and salt tepidarium were large enough for all of us to enjoy together. If you're looking for a fun, relaxing, and new way to celebrate something or someone, this place was incredible. Jeniva was amazing. I had the sports massage  mixed with a little Tia.  I have to say it was the best massage I think I have ever had. She is very in-tuned with her client and their limitations. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Immerse Hydrospa! The facility was extremely clean, well-maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish and were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Overall, the experience itself was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Immerse Hydrospa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My only criticism would be the cost. While I felt the service and quality were great, I do think the pricing is on the higher side and could be more affordable, especially for someone who wants to visit regularly. It was an amazing experience! My husband gifted me this experience as a special treat for being 9 months postpartum, and honestly, I can’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed.
