If you can’t find an answer to your question, please text our office at (860) 410-4490, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

In our commitment to providing a unique and outstanding experience for all guests, we have adopted the following policies:

Tranquil Experience:

Your experience is centered on tranquility, relaxation, and healing. To preserve this peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you speak softly during your visit.

Please be mindful that many guests come to Immerse seeking a quiet retreat. Maintaining silence throughout the spa is essential to supporting everyone's wellness journey.

Guests who do not comply with the rules of use, conditions of silence and other guidelines previously described, may be asked to leave the facilities.

Intake Forms:

All intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your service. This gives our staff ample time to review your health history and to create your perfect experience. You will be emailed or texted a copy of the policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the policies and procedures.

Cell Phones:

For the comfort of all guests, please keep cellphones on silent for the duration of your visit. If you are experiencing the hydrospa experience, you must keep your cell phone in your locker.

Immerse provides individual lockers for your personal items and is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property while using our facilities.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to change and prepare for the hydrospa. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

If late arrival is inevitable, please call/text us to let us know of your arrival time. Your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.

Scope of Practice:

The services offered at Immerse LLC are not a substitute for medical care. Our staff is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness and that nothing done or said in the course of the session given should be construed as such.

Cancellation/no-show policy:

Any service that is cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or if a service is a “no show”, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the service. This fee is monetary and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You can read our full cancellation policy  HERE.

Existing and new medical conditions:

It is the responsibility of the guest to keep the massage therapist and/or staff member informed of any medical treatment or changes in health conditions and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc, that the service may be continued.

Additional Polices: HydroSpa

Health & Safety:

All guests are required to shower using soap, shampoo, and water prior to entering the hydrotherapy experience. Any guest experiencing open sores or any type of contagious skin condition is prohibited from using the hydrospa.

Appropriate swimwear:

The hydrotherapy experience is a shared co-ed experience and appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Appropriate footwear:

Sandals will be provided to each guest and must be worn at all times (including while in the water experiences).
